Magus kartul koos lillkapsa-ja kalaga

PHIL COOKING IN THE KITCHEN This is the food I started off with: cauliflower; fish fillets; sweet potatoes; and sweetcorn. I steamed all of this in a steamer for just over 40 minutes.


I cheated with the sauce as I wanted to cook this quickly because England were playing football a little later.
I made a mash from the sweet potatoes and cauliflower, adding a little dijon mustard according to taste

The sauce I made in the microwave using an electric whisk, becasue I couldn't miss the football!!!
And this is the finished meal which was both healthy and delicious!!!
