Sausage Cassarole!

Phil in the Kitchen Here are the ingrediants: 2 onions, 8 sausages 4-5 rasgers of bacon, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 pint of vegetable stock, and 6-8 potatoes.
fry the bacon, onion and garlic, until the bacon is cooked and the onion and garlic is soft and translucent, then put to one side.
slice the potatoess thinly and place in the bottom of a cassarole dish then season with freshly ground black pepper and sea salt.
put the onion, garlic, and bacon on top of the potatoes, then the vegetable stock
meanwhile grill the sausages, (or fry them if you don't want the slightly healthier option)

Place the sausages on top of the potatoes, bacon, onion and garlic, then cover and cook for one hour at 180C.
I like this served with fresh minted peas!
